The VIP Autograph Session is a separate add-on to the VIP Pass.

Note with all VIP Pass Packages:

Fast pass vouchers allow the bearer to cut to the front of a line. One use per ticket. Not redeemable for autograph lines.

Guest VIP Autograph Session: $30

Note: You must have either a VIP package, or Room package in your cart in order to add the autograph session to your cart. They must be purchased together. Quantities are limited.

The VIP autograph session will take place on Friday evening of the event. You must have a VIP badge, and a VIP autograph session QR code for each person participating. It is a closed-door autograph session with all or most of the guests. Each guest’s personal autograph policies and prices remain in effect. We strive to have all convention guests at the VIP session and they usually are, but sometimes due to schedules, some cannot make it. In the event that a given guest cannot be at the VIP autograph session, we will make arrangements for VIP badge holders to be able to skip to the front of the line for their normal autograph sessions. The session is a minimum of one hour, and has always provided ample time for VIP badge holders to obtain all desired autographs, but if time runs out, guests are not obligated to remain after that hour.

Ronin Package: 3 Night King Whirlpool Room (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 3 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Samurai Package: 3 Night Double Queen Sofa Balcony Room (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 6 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Daimyo Package: 3 Night 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Balcony Room (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 8 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Shogun Package: 3 Night 3 Bedroom Living Room Suite (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 12 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

If you wish to participate in the VIP Autograph session, you must buy a ticket for each person in your room that wishes to participate. 1 autograph session ticket does not cover your entire room’s entry into the autograph session.

Room Package Cancellation Policy: There is a 5% cancellation fee plus processing fees that will be assessed at the time of a refund requested.

Season Pass Info

Get all weekend access to all four Colossalcon Events for ONE Price! This season pass is good for all 2025 Colossalcon Events: Colossalcon (Sandusky, Ohio), Colossalcon East (Pocono MTNS, PA), Colossalcon Texas (Round Rock, TX), and Colossalcon North (Wisconsin Dells, WI). The season pass is not transferrable to 2026. However, you can transfer to another person for a 2025 Colossalcon Event.

Admission to the waterpark is not included with your con badge.

Lost Badge Policy

Lost Badges = Buy a new Badge.

1. If you do lose your badge please check with Convention Operations (Con Ops) to see if it has been returned.
2. Please return all “Found” badges to Con Ops.
3. Proper identification MUST be provided in order for your lost badge to be returned to you.
4. We suggest writing you name on the back of your badge.

Admission FAQ

I need a refund on my badge. What is your policy?
We do not offer refunds on badges, however we can transfer your badge to someone of your choosing.

I pre-purchased admission but haven’t received anything in the mail, where are my badges?
To avoid badges being lost in the mail or forgotten at home when you get to the con, badges are not mailed out. Rather they will be waiting for you at the convention at the registration table.

I pre-purchased admission. What do I need to bring to the con?
Please have your Ticket Tailor QR code either printed out, or available on your phone to scan in order to claim your pass.

I didn’t pre-purchase admission, can I still buy admission at the door?
Yes! We accept cash and credit/debit card payments at the door.

I’m a minor. Do I have to be accompanied by an adult?
No, you are not required to be accompanied by an adult. If  your parent(s)/guardian(s) choose to accompany you to the convention, they will be required to purchase a badge to go into the convention center. Children 10 and under do not require a badge with the purchase of an adult badge. Children 11 and over will need a badge to attend the convention.
