This year, getting your badge is easier than ever, no promo codes needed! Instead of hunting for discounts, we’ve built them right into the registration system. As we get closer to the event (or as allotments sell out), badge prices will increase in set tiers. The earlier you register, the more you’ll save, but once a tier sells out or expires, the next price level will automatically take effect. Refer to the chart below for a comprehensive breakdown of badge types, pricing, and deadlines.

Admission is available online up until and during the con! You can also purchase passes at the con when you arrive. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

*Admission to the waterpark is not included with your con badge.*

VIP Room Packages

Ronin Package: 3 Night King Whirlpool Room (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 3 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Samurai Package: 3 Night Double Queen Sofa Balcony Room (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 6 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Daimyo Package: 3 Night 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Balcony Room (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 8 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Shogun Package: 3 Night 3 Bedroom Living Room Suite (Thurs-Sun Stay, paid in full), 12 VIP passes, and Valet Parking for 1 Vehicle

Room Package Cancellation Policy: There is a 5% cancellation fee plus processing fees that will be assessed at the time of a refund requested.
Room Package Transfer Policy: There is a $30 transfer fee plus processing fees on all room package transfers. Transfers must be made through Colossalcon and can not be made through the Kalahari. Please contact us for details if you wish to transfer. 

Season Pass

The Season Pass is the ultimate way to experience everything our conventions have to offer. With a single purchase, you’ll receive full-weekend admission to every event in the Colossalcon family throughout the season! It’s perfect for fans who travel, attendees who love exploring different locations, or anyone who wants the convenience of one pass that covers it all.

Season Pass holders enjoy the same access as a standard full-weekend badge at each event, allowing them to dive into panels, concerts, cosplay events, gaming, Artist Alley, the Dealer Room, and all of the programming our shows are known for. Passes are limited, non-refundable, and are tied to the current season, but they can be transferred to another person if your plans change. If you attend more than one of our conventions, or think you might, the Season Pass is the best value we offer and the easiest way to make the most of your convention year.

Lost Badge Policy

Lost Badges = Buy a new Badge.

1. If you do lose your badge please check with Convention Operations (Con Ops) to see if it has been returned.
2. Please return all “Found” badges to Con Ops.
3. Proper identification MUST be provided in order for your lost badge to be returned to you.
4. We suggest writing you name on the back of your badge.
