  • Guest Announcement: Professor Shyguy


    Professor Shyguy’s music can be best described as; high energy, chiptune-electro-rocking, 8-bit, epically vocalized, highly danceable, theatrical nerd-pop. With Jonna doing visuals while on stage he sings 50% about video games and the other 50% is anything from Space/Time to English Language gymnastics. He is recently known as the singer for Starring Star on the Funimation dub of Dragon Ball Super. He has a new album out featuring guests such as Matt Mercer, Ashly Burch, Pyschostick, and more! You might have also heard him on Kumail Nanjiani and Emily Gordon’s Podcast ‘the Indoor Kids’ or the Diamond Club podcast. He has also made theme songs for GuudeBoulderfist, This Week in Chiptune, PortsCenter, and more!

  • Guest announcement: Samurai Dan

    The husband and wife team of Daniel and Jillian Coglan are full-time martial art instructors, running a traditional samurai training center in Iowa, and have a combined 35 years of experience.

    Beyond their martial skills, the dynamic duo collaborated to write, direct, host, and star in a 12 episode TV series entitled, “The Way of The Samurai.”

    Daniel is also an author, with several martial art articles published, and is currently working on his second full-length novel.

  • Guest Announcement: Specialists


    Specialists is a funk rock band based in NYC, formed in Upstate New York in 2017. The group is led by songwriters Billy Harden (guitar) and Mikey Rotunno (bass). Their dance-driven funk rock sound is highlighted by the duo’s split lead vocal duties.
    Harden and Rotunno went through several lineup changes before solidifying their current lineup: Christian Hickey on drums, and Pete “Keys” Harden on keyboards. This has been the consistent personnel for over two years, earning the group some notable performance credits such as a Southeast US Tour in January of 2022 and a spot on the Criminal Records Stage at Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta GA in October of 2021- the group’s major festival debut.
    Their summer performance schedule will coincide with the release of their upcoming full-length record, the band’s fourth release. The sound of their new record will get listeners on their feet thanks to irresistible groove, crafty arrangement, witty lyrics, and catchy hooks. Their summer performance schedule kicks off July 1st at Brooklyn Made in Bushwick, NY.

  • Guest Announcement: Kazha

    Kazha is a rock band founded by a Japanese Singer/Bassist Kazuha Oda and a Guitarist Hideki Matsushige. The band has been touring in the U.S.A. with their Artist visa.

    Kazuha is a classically trained singer worked in various genres of music from Classic to Heavy Metal. She worked with wide variety of Grammy Award-winning recording artists and producers including Bob James and Lawrence “Boo” Mitchell.

    After the release of Kazha’s first album in 2010, they made their first U.S.A. debut performing at San Francisco’s Asian Heritage Celebration sharing the stage with hip-hop group Far East Movement. In September 2010, the band made its first Anime Convention debut at Colorado’s Premier Anime Convention “Nan Desu Kan”. They also appeared at “Vianco Expo” and made their Mexican debut that same year. Since then, they have toured more than 35 states made special guest appearances at numerous Anime/Comic Conventions and Festivals around the U.S.A.

    Kazha has also performed at world famous venues such as Whiskey A Go Go, sharing stage with musicians such as Gilby Clarke, George Lynch, Tracii Guns, LA Guns, Y&T, and Trapt.
    In 2014, Kazha gradually started to move their base of operations to Memphis, TN. Since then, they have been featured on local broadcasts such as WREG News Channel 3, ABC 24 News, and WMC Action News 5.

    October 2018, Kazha released their self-titled third album “Kazha”. Kazha represents a new future of music: a fusion of cultures and musical view points that create their sound, combining the softness of a falling feather and the heaviness of a hurricane.

  • Guest Announcement: Patricia Patts

    Patricia Patts is an American actress, singer, songwriter and entrepreneur. She was the lead in 1978 in the Los Angeles touring production of Annie. She was also the voice of Peppermint Patty for several of the Peanuts cartoons in addition to starring in several television shows and feature films.

    Patricia’s work can be seen in: You’re the Greatest Charlie Brown, She’s a Good Skate Charlie Brown and the feature film, Bon Voyage Charlie Brown (and don’t come back!)
