StripperVash (Zach) & SunDryll (STEVE) have been hosting, performing, and generally bringing their particular brand of chaos to conventions across the country for nearly fifteen years and a decade, respectively. Now, the two are teaming up to return to Colossalcon East for another round of hosting, antics, and whatever else happens when you put these two on a stage together. One things for certain, at any given point, one of them will not be wearing a shirt!
Both Zach and Steve got their starts in masquerades, with a heavy focus on skits and performance before transitioning into hosting and performing at conventions full-time. Zach, a Midwest native, has spent nearly fifteen years hosting events around the country and is excited to return to Colossalcon East as the lovable host we’ve come to know. Once a dedicated cosplayer himself, he now mostly just sort of cosplays—but he’s still committed to making sure every event he hosts is an absolute blast.
Steve, or as the crowd knows him "STEEEEEEEEVE!", has been attending conventions since 2013. Originally known as the Ohio-Sun and eventually Sunny D thanks to his dedication to, and embodiment of, a very specific Sun Wukong cosplay, he went from performing in masquerades to becoming a full-fledged guest and performer across a variety of groups and events. With acting training and years of convention experience under his belt, Steve brings a grandiose sort of mess to any event willing to experience him.
Together, Zach and Steve bring years of hosting and performance experience, a love of convention culture, and just enough chaos to make sure every event is one attendees won’t forget.
