VIP Room Packages & Room Block Dates

Planning your stay for Colossalcon East? Room packages at the Kalahari Resorts in the Pocono Mountains will officially go live on Monday, November 3rd! For more info on the room packages and what comes with them, please follow the link below:

Room Package Cancellation Policy: There is a 5% cancellation fee plus processing fees that will be assessed at the time of a refund requested.
Room Package Transfer Policy: There is a $30 transfer fee plus processing fees on all room package transfers. Transfers must be made through Colossalcon and can not be made through the Kalahari. Please contact us for details if you wish to transfer. 

This year, the room block drop will happen in two parts to help more attendees secure rooms:

• First Half: Monday, November 25th at 11:00 AM (EST)
• Second Half: Tuesday, December 3rd at 7:00 PM (EST)

Each round will offer a separate block of rooms, so if you miss the first release, you’ll have another chance to book during the second. For more info on this year’s room rates, please follow the link below:
