Craft Fair
The Craft Fair is a place to sell your crafts and artwork! Any attendee is welcome to sell at this event. Any arts or crafts that you sell must be of your own creation. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or just starting, we welcome you to take part!
–Line Up & Check In–
Lineup will begin when the venue staff opens the fire doors to the convention center. The line will form starting at the designated event room. Anyone caught breaking into the convention center before the fire doors open will be sent to the back of the line.
We will start seating people no later than 1 hour before the event begins. Staff will likely have the room set up beforehand, so be prepared to start earlier.
We will start assigning tables closest to the entrance, and then work our way back. The earlier you line up, the more likely you are to get a better spot. If you prefer to be seated at a specific table spot, let the market staff know, and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
–How to Sell–
- Buy admission and pick up your badge
- Line up at the designated event room for the Craft Fair.
- Once check-in starts, staff will assign you a spot. You may request a specific spot if you wish. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.
- Please make sure none of your items are in the walkway for the event. You may utilize the area under your table, so long as it does not encroach on the walkway.
- Please be present at your table when the event opens to the public. We cannot watch anyone’s items for them.
–Table Info–

Tables are first-come, first-served. Table spots will be one per person per half table, unless otherwise specified by convention staff. Additionally, if you wish to be seated as multiple artists, all members of your party must be present before we will seat you. Any hotel carts used to transport items to the event must be returned to the hotel, as they may not be stored in the event space.
You are free to use the space under your table as well, so long as it does not encroach on the walkway in front of your table. Please do not place items on the side of your table, as the walkway for the event must remain clear. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your table spot.
–Hallway Selling & Wait List–
Per the request of the convention center, we cannot allow people to set up and sell in the hallways. In the event that we max out on space, will we start a waitlist. You will need to provide your name and phone number to be placed on the wait list. When a spot is vacated, we will call to inform you that a spot is ready, starting with the first name on the list. Failure to answer will result in moving on to the next person on the list.
–Fast Pass–
Fast passes may be used to skip both the buyer line and seller line, where and when applicable. However, only VIP badge holders may use the fast pass ticket to skip the seller line. Only one Fast Pass per VIP badge may be used in this way. Anyone without a VIP badge may not use Fast Pass tickets to bypass the seller line.
–Loading In–
Per the request of the convention center, we cannot allow you to bring in boxes, totes, or carts of items through any of the glass doors. If you cannot bring your items in with bags (or from the hotel entrance), then we can have you bring your stuff in through the loading dock doors. Ask staff for assistance and information.
–Rules–
We generally follow the same guidelines as we do for our Artist Alley. Although we’ve never had an issue, we do reserve the right to ask you to remove any arts or crafts we deem inappropriate or in violation of the rules. Please keep to your own space and be respectful of your neighbors. Please do not solicit donations.
